Orchis’ involvement doesn’t just end with handing over the keys.  We offer both planned and reactive services to cater to all our client’s needs.

With our planned aftercare, we offer a 12-month rolling contract that sets out routine maintenance from annual certifications, ongoing decoration work, cleaning gutters, external groundskeeping through to servicing of equipment, and more.

This ensures all the key elements to the property are kept serviced and routinely checked for any faults and the building is operating as it should be.

Our reactive response aftercare covers the unforeseen issues that inevitably can happen to any building. These could be emergencies that require urgent attention to maintenance tasks that occur ad hoc and do not fall into the yearly planned maintenance.

We offer these services to not just our own properties built but also the clients who need the expertise to foresee issues within their properties.
